What if I forget my Internet Banking Password?

If you have already registered for the Online Banking service but have forgotten your password, please download the Corporate Internet Banking - Service(s) Request Letter from our website. After filling in and signing on the Service(s) Request Letter, you can submit the form to ICICI Bank Limited, Hong Kong Branch, Unit 1504B-1506, Level 15, International Commerce, Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong in person or by post. Alternatively you may also fax the signed form on +852 22347613.

A fresh password will be generated and couriered or sent by post to your registered address within 7 business days from the date of submission of request, subject to receipt of completed application form as per the Bank's discretion.

Please do not use the old password once the request for re-issue of passwords is placed. Re-trying with old password may disable the new password generated


 

What do I do if I get the message "Login Disabled" after entering ID and password?

In case you have entered the wrong password 3 times, the User ID will be disabled for security reasons. For enabling the same, please download the Corporate Internet Banking - Service(s) Request letter from our website. you can submit the form to ICICI Bank Limited, Hong Kong Branch, Unit 1504B-1506, Level 15, International Commerce, Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong in person or by post. Alternatively you may also fax the signed form on +852 22347613.

Your request(s) will be processed within 7 business days from the date of submission of request, subject to receipt of completed application form as per the Bank's discretion.
